1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing https://dxbluxexperience.com or making a booking with DXB Lux Experiences ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

DXB Lux Experiences provides luxury experience bookings in Dubai, UAE, including supercar rentals, private yacht hire, desert safari adventures, and VIP airport transfers. All experiences are subject to availability and the specific terms applicable to each service.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
• For supercar rentals, you must meet the minimum age requirement specified for each vehicle (typically 25 years), hold a valid driving licence recognised in the UAE, and pass our driver verification process.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during the booking and verification process.
• Providing false identity documents is a criminal offence under UAE law.

4. Driver Verification (Supercar Rentals)

Supercar rental bookings require completion of our driver verification process before payment can be processed. You must submit valid copies of your passport, driving licence, and (where applicable) Emirates ID. Verification is at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

Once approved, a verification hold is placed on your booking for a limited period. If payment is not completed within this period, the hold expires and a new booking must be made.

5. Bookings and Payment

• All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and (for supercar rentals) completion of driver verification.
• We reserve the right to cancel a booking and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil the experience due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• More than 72 hours before the experience: Full refund minus any payment processing fees.
• 24–72 hours before the experience: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the experience: No refund.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for arriving at the agreed location and time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience with no refund for lost time.
• You must comply with all UAE traffic laws and regulations during supercar rentals.
• You are liable for any damage caused to vehicles or equipment through negligence or misuse.
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental with no refund.
• You must not exceed the agreed number of passengers for yacht or vehicle bookings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, DXB Lux Experiences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, government restrictions, or third-party supplier failures.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of DXB Lux Experiences or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
